In addition to systems designated to the extraction of cooking fumes only, we design extraction systems with compensation, i.e., with reintegration into the room or directly into the air intake bodies. In this way the system achieves greater efficiency, with significant energy savings already in the medium period.

Ventilated ceiling or extraction hood

The extraction elements are made entirely of ground and satin-finished AISI 304 steel sheet. Where necessary, joints are made by continuous argon welding.
The thicknesses of the materials used and the special technique of cutting, bending and welding make the entire product a load-bearing, very rigid and compact structure that does not involve the use of rivets and bolts.
Each extraction element consists of:

Extraction area

A system is provided along the entire length of the suction body to lift and remove all heavy greasy particles. The air passes through filter elements made of AISI 304 stainless steel with high grease holding capacity, which are easily accessible and removable for washing in the dishwasher (inertial centrifugal action).

Untreated air intake area

Lighting

Pre-wired interior lighting with natural tone (4,000 °K) or warm white (3,000 °K) LED lights, with certified IP65 protection rating.

Exhaust motor fans for smoke and smell extraction

Models from 2,000 cu m/h to 16,000 cu m/h with aluminum profile structure lined with galvanized sheet sandwich panels on the inside and with pre-painted galvanized sheet on the outside. The internal insulation is made of polyurethane with high sound-absorbing capacity (20 mm thickness). All units comply with the product specifications of UNI EN 1886:2008 and UNI EN 13053:2011 standards.

Air heating filtration and heat treatment units of air supply kitchen area

The filtration and heat treatment (hot and/or cold) units have an aluminum profile structure and are covered internally with sandwich panels of galvanized sheet metal and externally with pre-painted galvanized sheet metal; the internal insulation is made of polyurethane with high sound-absorbing capacity (20 mm thick). Double-intake centrifugal fans have a forward-bladed impeller drive. In versions equipped with a cooling coil, the condensate collection tanks are made of galvanized sheet metal. All units comply with the product specifications of UNI EN 1886:2008 and UNI EN 13053:2011 standards.

Exhaust ductings

Made of strong galvanized sheet metal as per UNI EN 1507:2008, the intake ductings consist of fully flanged elements, assembled by bolting and sealed with suitable watertight gasket, and include transverse reinforcing edging. They are internally insulated with self-extinguishing and self-bonding mat with aluminum finish and are equipped with calibration dampers and vents to homogenize air distribution in the kitchen environment. The ducts are sized for a maximum air velocity of 8 m/s.

Control panel

The control panel of the exhaust and ventilation system is equipped with LCD flat remote control and has synchronized speed control. It displays temperatures, alarms and all parameters normally shown only by the main panel. Available control panels range from automatic versions with manual control to the most advanced computerized systems in line with Industry 4.0.
