A historic residence and Michelin-starred cuisine.
This is the Historic Estate project, designed by Artichoke, a leader in the renovation of historic buildings for 30 years and responsible for the complete renovation of this ancient residence in Switzerland.
We participated in this project with great enthusiasm, contributing what we do best: aspiration!
The aim was to create a Michelin-starred kitchen that was still suitable for family cooking, harmoniously combining an aesthetic line with the charm of yesteryear with modern, high-level technological functionality.
Every detail, every centimetre of the entire kitchen was studied and planned with precision.
What we have created, in accordance with the customer's requirements, is a complete air extraction system, just like that of a professional Michelin-starred kitchen: from the motor to the ducting to the very special air extraction hood. Everything has been customised specifically for this customer, from the colour chosen for the hood and ducting cladding to the type of brass finishes.

The air extraction system was designed and built to the customer's specifications.
The hood supplied is a special, entirely custom-made hood, from the frame to the cover, which consists of panelling painted in a RAL colour chosen by the customer. The painted panelling covering the body of the hood and the relative ducting was then finished with sophisticated brass profiling, a detail that gives the hood a distinctive touch of timeless elegance, making this kitchen one of a kind.
A truly bespoke product, just like the entire kitchen.
