Inside the kitchen of Acetaia Leonardi a traditional extraction system has been provided through hoods and hot air supply into the kitchen environment with temperature regulation in winter season.

Extraction system with a central hood complete with slimline LEDs and a oven hood with a total flow rate of approximately 12,000 cubic meters / h and 11,000 cubic meters / h of hot air supply in the room. Including electrical panel and thermoregulations.
